  • I have been training with Anita Smith for 10 months. Anita is an excellent motivator and her enthusiasm is infectious, inspiring you to do your personal best. Anita has a wonderful rapport and makes you feel very at ease and comfortable. Anita also has a brilliant sense of humour so sessions with her are fun and I look forward to them every time. During my time with Anita I have benefitted from a wide range of exercise styles. From circuit training to Boxercise; and from core work to The Tracy Anderson Method. Anita’s vast knowledge and ability to vary the exercise programme makes the session fun, unique and challenging in a very positive way. Anita has produced home-work outs for me to use between sessions and they are now part of my routine. Anita has also been introduced me to the Tracy Anderson Method which I also do at home! I am delighted to say that I have lost 1 stone and 11lb in the time I have been training with Anita. I can fit into clothes at least two dress sizes smaller than my original size. This has been hugely instrumental in an increased sense of self-esteem and a source of new energy and vitality. I have also found that the regular exercise is excellent for stress management. Since my training with Anita my arms have become much more defined in muscle tone and I have lost around two inches from my vital statistics. This means that my risk profile for conditions such as diabetes and heart disease has improved and I am in the safe zone. I am extremely grateful to Anita for helping me to improve my health in such an important way. I can’t thank Anita enough for everything she has inspired me to do and she has introduced me to a whole range of exercise techniques that I can do at home and that have enabled me to keep my exercise varied and at different intensities. I am confident Anita can inspire anyone to embrace physical fitness, improve their health and make a difference to lifestyle in a fun and very personable way.

Anita helps to build you up safely and slowly so that you can gain fitness without injury. I would recommend anyone who hasn't done any exercise, or very little, to try a session with Anita.   • Anita is my first personal trainer but she convinced me of the use of having one after the first session. It is so helpful to have someone tp push you to your limits (but never too far!). She is always nice and attentive and adapts the sessions to my needs and to how I am feeling that day, she's great!

  • You won’t regret having Anita as your trainer. I’ve worked with several personal trainers in the past and Anita is by far the best. She really took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and, working with my lifestyle, came up with a way of realistically achieving it. She makes you work but she makes it fun and varied. I was hesitant about exercising outdoors and in my home but I’ve enjoyed both and I now love running –something I thought I would never say! In the year that I’ve been with Anita I’ve become fitter, I eat more nutritious and varied food (which is still filling delicious and which my boyfriend enjoys too) and have hit my target weight. I’m getting married later this year and although it wasn’t the reason I asked Anita for help I’m so glad she’s been with me on this journey. If you’re hesitating in the slightest my advice would be to go for it – don’t bother looking elsewhere - you won’t regret the time you spend with Anita
