One-to-One Personal Training sessions

Prior to our first meeting you will complete a full health questionnaire.

During your initial consultation we will plan for delivery of Individual training tailored to meet your exact needs. We will establish your goals and I will deliver interesting, enjoyable, progressive sessions that will get you there safely and with renewed excitement about exercising! My aim is to give you the knowledge to train effectively and develop strategies to improve your motivation to exercise.  

In your first session we will complete any or all of the following:

  • Body measurements and Body Fat calculations (if you require them)
  • Fitness Testing (if you require them)
  • Programme plans to complete on your own

Online Personal Training

Following completion of initial health paperwork I will devise a weekly fitness programme for you to follow. We will communicate daily and you are able to contact me with any questions you may have.

Train with a friend

If you have a friend/family member who wants to get fitter, I can train both of you in one session at a discounted price. I will tailor the exercise according to your individual ability levels and there is someone else to share the fun with! 

Group outdoor fitness sessions (min 6 people)

If you prefer to workout with other people, get a group of friends/family together and I will deliver a class to meet the needs of the entire group. It's fun to workout with people you know, you'll be surprised how competitive it gets!

Group running sessions (up to 6 people)

If you want to get started with running or improve I can deliver a class to challenge the slowest and fastest members of the group. If you have a charity challenge, a group of friends can train safely together all achieving your goals together.
