Groups
If you prefer to workout with other people, get a group of friends or family together and you will gain the benefits of working with a qualified Personal Trainer who delivers a class to meet the needs of your group. It’s fun to workout with people you know, you’ll be surprised how competitive it gets!

We can start your own running group or your own Bootcamp! You will decide what you do and don’t do and I’ll deliver it in a fun and effective way that accommodates the different ability levels of the entire group.

Minimum is a group of 6.

Train With A Friend
If you have a friend or family member who wants to get fitter, you can both benefit from working with a Personal Trainer in one session at a discounted price. I will tailor the exercise according to your individual ability levels and there is someone else to share the journey and the fun!
