Whether its fitness for weight loss, strength, core stability, toning or an improvement in flexibility, I will bring all the necessary home gym equipment to your chosen environment. I work with the most effective, innovative and fun training equipment therefore ensuring your exercise program has variety and is fun. The fitness equipment I can bring with me includes:

equipment1TRX -The Total Resistance Exercise
The Total Resistance Exercise Suspension Trainer has a door anchor which is attached to a strong harness. It uses body weight to provide resistance during training; there is no need for additional weight. Lightweight and taking only a couple of minutes to set up, TRX is extremely versatile. The transition between exercises is rapid and effortless and because it supports the body it really can help prevent injuries. Suspension training enables individuals to build up core strength, endurance, flexibility and joint stability.

equipment2Gym Ball
The whole concept of the Swiss ball is to create an unstable environment. In doing this, more demand is placed on the body as it tries to achieve stability, forcing it to use smaller stabilising muscles. In a nutshell, instability provides an increased challenge for the body, which results in increased benefits.

equipment3Body Bars

Ideal for resistance training, body sculpting and toning. These 4ft long free weight bars come in a variety of sizes from 3kg to 7kg. Each body bar has a padded foam outer to protect the hands and rubber end caps which protect the floor.

equipment4Dumbbells

Dumbbells can be useful for many different types of exercises. Free weights are ideal for focusing your workout on certain muscle groups and body parts. They are also easy to use and do not require a lot of space. Because they are compact, you do not necessarily need a large space to get a good workout. Dumbbells can be an essential part of your home fitness routine.

equipment5Sandbag

The Ultimate Sandbag Training System was created by fitness expert Josh Henkin. It's designed specifically for fitness -- and by fitness, I mean lifting, swinging, and otherwise multi directional movements. It's made of a durable, smooth material that won't rub you. Sandbags can be really beneficial for women looking for a fun, efficient way to burn calories, lose weight or tone up. Clients are surprised at the versatility of the Sandbag, movements involve so many muscle groups.

equipment6Lebert Equalizer
The Lebert Equalizer™ is a simple, yet multi-purpose and versatile piece of strength training equipment that works arms, chest, back and core muscles like no other can, using your own body weight as resistance.

equipment7Punch Pads

Why not work out all your frustration through a simple boxing routine? This will improve your muscular endurance and co-ordination as well as help with your stress levels!
Clients are often surprised how much fun a boxing routine is.

equipment8Running Outside

Whatever you're level of fitness this is a great way of pushing yourself further and enjoying some time in the great outdoors.. With me by your side I will make sure that you get the best out of every session. If you are training for an event, 10k or further, I will be able to put a training plan together for you.

equipment9Gliding Discs

I’m always looking for new equipment to give my clients better results in less time. Gliding discs are just one of these tools that take already effective exercises to a new level by increasing the demands on the body. Gliding challenges the body in different ways hitting your rear and core better than most conventional exercises. Using Gliding Discs burns more calories and helps build the body my clients want.
