Post consultation, you will commence your carefully tailored Personal Nutrition Plan. The plan focuses on making positive behavioural changes to improve your diet and physical activity level. You have the choice of exercising in the comfort of your own home, at a private gym or outdoors. It is recommended initially that you keep an honest food diary for optimum weight loss results.

I offer more than just physical support; my clients find that initial goals change over time to become more positive in focus. Losing weight can be a negative, sole destroying thing to attempt on your own so we focus on some positive goals that will work alongside and in support of body fat loss.

These can be as complicated as an indoor triathlon or as simple as speed walking up a hill without stopping, as strenuous as a 10k run or as relaxing as holding a yoga pose.

I understand that entering and continuing a Weight Management Plan isn’t going to be easy.

You must be prepared for a lifestyle change; making adjustments and investment in your health where necessary.

When it gets tough, remain focused and remind yourself of your goals and why you are doing this in the first place. I will help you throughout, providing knowledge, advice, motivation and inspiration. However, to really succeed, I recommend that you have full support from your family and friends too.

Whether you want to lose weight or just improve the quality of your current diet I can help you make improvements to get the results you desire.
Fat Loss
The most important aspect of Fat Loss is creating a calorie deficit. If you are struggling to lose weight right now this should be your primary focus.
